Cha Cha Cha

Cha-Cha-Cha is the newcomer of the Latin American dances.

Sexy, sassy, and very exciting, this dance is upbeat and a fun. Cha Cha began as part of the Mambo and became the rage of the early 1950s. The Cha Cha Cha (It got its name from the sound the feet make on the floor as it is danced 'Cha Cha Cha) originates from Cuba.. The music is slower than Mambo and the rhythm is less complicated. The interpretation of Cha-Cha-Cha music should produce a happy, carefree, cheeky, party-time-like atmosphere. Recently it was decided to shorten the name to Cha-Cha. Unlike the Ballroom dances, which fly around the dance floor, Cha Cha is a Latin dance which is more about body rhythms and quick leg actions. This is an easy and fun to learn to dance.
