Yoga will give you an understanding of posture, core strength, balance, breathing and muscle flexibility. 

Yoga poses range from a basic to advance level. 

The goal of the exercises is to help flexibility, and allow you to achieve a basic meditative state that can be applied to help relax and control your body in dance.
