Events At Forever Dance

Cabaret Nights

An evening full of entertainment. Lots of fully costumed themed or non themed floor-shows, from individuals to group routines, along with lots of social dancing to enjoy. A great night! Evening starts at 6pm. Commencing with a complimentary glass of champagne followed by dinner then the Cabaret Performances begin. Dessert is served in the latter part of the evening.

Sing Sing Dance Nights

Are Dance nights where you can experience dancing to live music. Starting at 7pm you can dance the night away to the wonderful voice of Anna Gilkison. Like Dance nights they are a great way to practice your dance skills and have fun with your fellow Forever Dancers.

Medal Nights

Held every 6 to 8 weeks, these are formal dinner dance functions where students dance for their Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals. They are examined by the Australian Dancing Society and are internationally recognized. Our evenings commence with a complimentary glass of champagne and buffet dinner after which the Medal and Social Dancing brackets are intermingled for a thoroughly entertaining evening. Dessert is served in the latter part of the evening.

Grand Final Nights

Our Friday night Competition nights culminate at our November Forever Dance Competition Grand Final. This is a night of glamour, excitement and loads of dancing. Our top 10 placegetters in Ballroom and Latin from our Competition series will dance heats and solos to entertain and vy for our Ballroom and Latin Forever Dance Grand Champion Trophies.

Competition Nights

These nights are held on a Friday evening. Students and instructors dance together and are awarded points that are kept progressive throughout the year and from this we get 10 male and 10 female finalists for the Ballroom and Latin categories. These finalists will perform at our Forever Dance Competition Grand Final to determine our Grand Champions of Forever Dance. Evening starts at 7pm with an hour of social dancing and the competition kicks off at 8pm. There are also social dancing brackets throughout the evening.Entry into the competition is not compulsory but we do encourage that you enter as it does improve your dancing confidence and skills very quickly.

Dance Dance Dance Nights

Held on Friday evenings, these nights are 3 hour functions (7-10pm) where you put into practice what you are learning on your lessons. Three solid hours of non stop dancing. They are also a great opportunity to meet other dancers. Lots of dancing and lots of fun.

Gala Balls

Held only once per year, the Gala Ball is an evening of dance. Full costumed floor shows from our Gold and above students followed by a staff floor show. We commence with a complimentary glass of champagne followed by a dinner. Dessert is served in the latter part of the evening.

Sing, Sing, Dance Night April 17th 2020

Studio 1 will be the host for our Sing, Sing, Dance night this time with a 1920's theme.

Enjoying dancing to live music from our wonderful Anna Gilkison and her band.

Three hours of non stop music and dancing.

Great fun, good social dancing practice and a great way to get to know your fellow Forever Dance students.
Time: 7-10 pm
Cost: $35.00 per pre paid ticket or $45 at the door
